AUGEO has hired a new Managing Director of the Panama Office, with a high specialization in Multilateral Projects. The new Director has more than 20 years of experience in projects financed by the IDB, CAF and other international organizations.
In this time of slowdown in business worldwide, caused by the COVID19 pandemic, AUGEO considers that opportunities are offered that in a normalized situation would not appear. For this reason, AUGEO is in the negotiation phase for the purchase of shares that give it decision-making capacity in three companies in Europe, the United States and the Middle East. AUGEO expects to close purchase acquisitions in France, Delaware (USA) and Saudi Arabia in the coming weeks.
AUGEO has started a process of restructuring its activities according to the location of the clients. Thus, operations with Clients located in North America, Northern Europe and the Far East will be directed and managed from the AUGEO Office in London, through AUGEO INTERNATIONAL GROUP UK LTD, while projects with Clients from Southern Europe, Eastern Europe , Africa, the Middle East and Latin America will be managed by AUGEO INTERNATIONAL GROUP SPAIN LTD, based in Madrid.
AUGEO International Group has been hired by a fruit and vegetable producer company to carry out a market study throughout the European Union, with the aim of dimensioning its offer and making it viable in the European Union. The work, which will be carried out between April and September 2020, aims to adjust the offer of the Bolivian company in terms of referencing, price positions by categories, formats, sanitary requirements, fiscal aspects, etc., adding economic and financial elements, so that the Management of the Client Company has decision criteria, as well as a Contingency Plan and a continuous procedure for measuring results.
